4 weeks of intense training, clean eating and my regular intermittent fasting. My goal was to lose 3kg and go from 11% body fat. I hope you like my cheesy photo taken during a run in the Great Windsor Forest.
Result: 3.5kg was shaved off but body fat only dropped to 10% but overall happy. Nutrition was in the end 60% veg 40% lean white meat.
The process:
8am: 20 minute HIIT session
12pm: 20 minute weights and body weight session
1pm: Lunch
4pm: 40 minute HIIT session
6pm: Dinner

Mindset: After an amazing time living in Portugal for 2 months over Christmas and New Years, the 4 week challenge was in London, UK and I struggled being back as life is nowhere near the pleasure of my beach life. This allowed my usually super focused mind to wander a little and some unhealthy snacks crept in here and there. This is the comfort food syndrome. However I always look for the bright side and I lost some decent visceral fat and fitness levels were very good. Forest runs were fun and the return to beach life inched closer day by day.
